**Important Notice** This is to inform you that the meeting of the **National Executive Committee** of the *All India Dangi Kshatriya Sangh* will be held on **Sunday, 3rd August 2025, from 10:00 AM onwards** at the **Adarsh Vivah Mandapam Hall**, Adarsh Cooperative, Sector-12, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand – 827012. The meeting will be attended by all office bearers and members of the National Executive Committee, office bearers of the National Election Committee, ex-officio members (President, General Secretary, and Treasurer) from all states, invited dedicated intellectuals from the Dangi community, office bearers of all affiliated wings, and representatives of allied organizations. In addition, the three key office bearers (President, General Secretary, and Treasurer) from each district may also attend. However, they are requested to express their views through their respective state-level office bearers. **Agenda Points** 1. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting and report on its implementation. 2. State-wise implementation report on resolutions passed in the previous meeting and strategic decisions moving forward. 3. Review of organizational expansion at the state level and decisions regarding the membership drive. 4. Discussion and decision on launching a nationwide awareness campaign to ensure the use of the term **"Dangi"** alone in the caste column during the caste-based census. 5. Discussion and decision regarding the completion of the under-construction **National Office Building** at Najafgarh, Delhi. 6. Discussion on matters related to the **National Elections**. 7. Any other matters with the permission of the Chair. **Programme Schedule** - **9:00 AM** – Flag Hoisting, followed by refreshments - **10:00 AM to 2:00 PM** – First Session of the Meeting - **2:00 PM to 3:00 PM** – Lunch - **3:00 PM to 6:00 PM** – Second Session of the Meeting **Note** 1. On **2nd August 2025**, **accommodation and dinner** will be arranged at the venue for guests arriving from distant locations. 2.
